1:1 Mentorship

$2500 / 3-month commitment

I love working 1:1 with:

Women moving through transitions in relationships, careers, and life passages.

Expecting, postpartum, or hopeful-to-be mothers navigating the profound change motherhood brings on a spiritual and somatic level.

Healers, facilitators, yoga teachers, artists, and spiritual seekers that hold space for others; and are feeling the call for a deeper layer of somatic and spiritual support and training.

Includes 3 sessions (Zoom) per month + integrative texting/voice note support via WhatsApp.

Community Events + Retreats

Join a community where you always belong. Whether you’re healing your relationship to your body, carving your own way, or seeking sustainable support in deep-rooted community, stay in touch and save the dates for our monthly events on Zoom and in person.

Mama Soma Healing Sessions

$225 / 75-minutes

Specifically designed with mamas (pregnant and postpartum) in mind. We spend this time together practicing embodiment, confronting blocks and fears, and finding liberation in body, heart, and mind.

These sessions are independent of mentorship/training containers, and can be reserved by reaching out via email: molly@sowithinsoitis.com.

Self-Paced Courses and Small Group Trainings

Deepen your own understanding of the female nervous system, somatic support, and yoga through one of our self-paced courses like Hold to Heal, Decision & Devotion, and more offered throughout the year.
